This is an exciting year.

I am fired up by the challenge of taking over the helm of the AGAP. I have been your EVP for ten years before assuming the Presidency and I feel that I have long been prepped for the job. Nevertheless, I am humbled by your confidence in me fellow AGAPeans. Before becoming an officer, I was a member since 1988. My membership in the association has helped a lot in establishing my network of friends in the government and in bolstering my career. I would like for more people to have the same opportunity.

Surely, we will miss the guidance of our dear colleague, former USEC of the DBM, Evelyn Guerrero, who has, for the past seven years, been a source of inspiration to the group.
